Here is my set up; all I had was one back light and one key light - using a meter reading of f22. Later on in the shoot, I ended up using a reflector to soften the shadows; I shot from above at f11 and then went on to shoot from the side at f5.8.
These are my images that I ended up with after I finished the shoot.
Above as normal, I added a screenshot of what I had my camera setting set to during the shoot and what the type of lens I used for the shoot.
